أعلن موقع بيلد الألماني في تقرير خاص نشره في 8تموز/ يوليو 2018 أن الملالي الحاكمين في إيران يعملون على نقل 300مليون يورو نقدا من ألمانيا إلى إيران على متن طائرة. فيما يلي جوانب من هذا التقرير:

ومن المحتمل أن تؤدي هذه الخطة إلى توترات دبلوماسية خطيرة بين ألمانيا والولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل.
وبحسب المعلومات الواردة للبيلد يعمل النظام الإيراني على نقل 300مليون يورو نقدا من ألمانيا إلى إيران عن الطريق الجوي.
وتعود خلفية القضية إلى أن العقوبات الأميركية الصارمة على القطاع المالي الإيراني سوف تفرض خلال الأشهر القادمة ويخشى الملالي من نفاد أموالهم.
وهكذا تبرر إيران الخطة حيث تؤكد على أنهم بحاجة إلى الأموال لكي «ينقلها إلى الإيرانيين الذين يسافرون إلى الخارج حتى يكون بإمكانهم الاعتماد على المبلغ النقدي لليورو نظرا لعدم إمكانيتهم للحصول على بطاقة الائتمان».
وأعلنت الأجهزة الاستخبارية الأميركية والإسرائيلية عن حالة التأهب قلقين أن هذا المبلغ النقدي يستخدم من أجل تمويل الإرهاب.
ومع أن الحكومة الألمانية تقول إن الأجهزة الاستخبارية الألمانية لا مبرر لها لهذه القضية، وفي الوقت نفسه لا يمكن أن يكون المبلغ النقدي دليلا عينيا لهذا النوع، علي أي حال.
وتفاصيل الخطة الإيرانية كالتالي:
لدى مصرف «تجارت» الأوروبي ـ الإيراني في مدينة هامبورغ رأسمالا هائلا يتعلق بالنظام الإيراني.
ويشرف مصرف Bundesbank الألماني على الحسابات المصرفية للملالي.
ويقدم لـ Bundesbankطلب يقضي بدفع 300مليون يورو نقدا وتسلميها لممثل النظام الإيراني.
ومن ثم يتم نقل هذه الأموال إلى إيران على متن الطائرات الإيرانية.

This plan will probably lead to serious diplomatic difficulties between Germany, the US, and Israel.
According to information available to BILD, the Iranian regime intends to fly 300 million euros in cash from Germany to Iran.
The background is that, in the coming months, strict US sanctions against the Iranian financial sector will come into effect. The Mullahs are worried that they will run out of cash. Iran’s justification for their plan says that they need the money “to pass it on to Iranian individuals who, when travelling abroad, are dependent on euros in cash due to their lack of access to accepted credit cards”.

They will then transport the money to Iran on board Iranian airplanes.
